Many experts recommend finding new and more engaging learning opportunities that allow for bonding opportunities for new hires. An employee's loyalty to a company is directly related to how well they are treated and how much their development matters to their organization. Not all companies have the resources necessary to send their new hires for a trip overseas to educate and energize their new recruits, or to create a rotational program so everyone experiences and learns new tools/functions, but organizing an educational interactive seminar or an after work activity and assigning a "go to" person or buddy for the first few weeks or months will make a huge difference in a company's overall productivity.
